Our story

NU ERA began as a childhood dream of founder and CEO Nad Atabi, whose lifelong passion for aviation grew alongside a successful international career in civil and structural engineering across Asia and the Middle East. After years of frequent travel and gaining his civilian pilot licence in 2009, Nad purchased his first aircraft and set out to create something different in aviation—an experience built on flexibility, comfort, and exceptional service.

With the guidance of his long-time mentor and Chief Flying Instructor Jeff Swain, the vision steadily grew into a dedicated aviation company focused on the needs of modern travellers. Together with a team of highly experienced pilots and trainers, NU ERA was built to deliver safe, reliable, and premium aviation experiences—combining expertise, passion, and a commitment to making every journey truly memorable. ✈️
